Roles & Responsibilities
FOOD PREPARATION & PRODUCTION
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as per company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
- Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning.
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure minimal wastage.
KITCHEN MANAGEMENT
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage of food items as per food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI guidelines.
TEAM COORDINATION
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff for efficient performance.
- Train junior cooks and kitchen helpers on cooking techniques and safety standards.
- Ensure teamwork and effective communication within the kitchen team.
QUALITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular checks on food quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Customize dishes as per customer preferences when required.
- Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and service quality.
