Roles & Responsibilities

FOOD PREPARATION & PRODUCTION

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes as per company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Develop new recipes and contribute to menu planning.
  • Maintain food quality standards and ensure minimal wastage.

KITCHEN MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of ingredients.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items as per food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI guidelines.

TEAM COORDINATION

  • Supervise and guide kitchen staff for efficient performance.
  • Train junior cooks and kitchen helpers on cooking techniques and safety standards.
  • Ensure teamwork and effective communication within the kitchen team.

QUALITY & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks on food quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Customize dishes as per customer preferences when required.
  • Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and service quality.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE
